Where will I be the last weekend in July?

I always know the answer to that question:

Star Valley. The Old Homestead. Afton. The Ranch.

The site where, once a year, four generations come together for food, fun and family. Like every year, the reunion will be held on the last weekend in July. And for 2009 that means July 25th. Although the "main event" is on Saturday, there is plenty to do from the 23rd to the 26th.

Intrigued? More information forthcoming. But first I have to make sure my facts are straight :)

My little Nelson family plan on camping in the yard behind the house (my cute husband just bought me a larger tent and queen size air mattress for the occasion). My kids and I will begin our campout as early as Thursday, with hubby to follow as soon as he can. What're everyone else's plans? (comments welcome here!)

Let's begin

I had this idea about having a "home page" for all things Michaelson Reunion. A place where anyone who wanted to could hop on the internet and know as much as anyone else without having to rely on word of mouth from the nearest cousin!

In the coming weeks, I will post up some past pictures and plans along with other things. So, as this is just a "start up" post, I don't have much else to say except how much I am looking forward to the last weekend in July!
